JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

STORE SYSTEM TRAINING
After receiving the training on system functions and training methods from headquarters and regional supervisors, be responsible for conducting on-site system training for store managers and sales clerks in the region, to ensure that personnel of all positions can skillfully use the core functions of the system.

DAILY ISSUE RESPONSE
In accordance with the FAQs and troubleshooting procedures issued by the headquarters, be responsible for troubleshooting and handling issues arising during the use of the store system; ensure that P0-level issues receive a response within 10 minutes, and P1–P3-level issues are responded to and resolved in line with the time limits specified for each level.

DEMAND AND PROBLEM COLLECTION
Go deep into the frontline of stores, continuously collect function optimization suggestions, demands for missing functions and operational experience feedback during system usage, and regularly summarize and report them to the regional person in charge.

SYSTEM USAGE FOLLOW-UP
Track the activation of system functions across all stores, and provide targeted support and re-training to stores that are not fully utilizing the functions or lack proficiency in them, so as to increase the function activation rate.

GO-LIVE CUTOVER SUPPORT
Provide on-site support during the launch of the new system or store cutover, assist in completing tasks such as inventory checking, data migration, downtime window coordination, and first-day operation support to ensure a smooth transition.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline; graduates from reputable local universities are preferred.
Work Experience:
1–3 years of working experience in IT system operation and maintenance, technical support, retail operations or related fields; fresh graduates with strong learning ability are also considered.
Professional Skills:
Possess basic IT/system operation and maintenance capabilities, able to independently troubleshoot and resolve common system issues; strong learning ability to quickly grasp the logic of business systems; proficient in using office software.
Language Proficiency:
Good English communication skills (both written and spoken), capable of understanding training materials from headquarters and communicating smoothly with the Chinese team; bilingual talents in English and French are acceptable for the French-speaking regions in West Africa.
Soft Skills:
Good communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively interacting with front-line store staff; strong sense of responsibility, able to adapt to the work rhythm of the retail industry; service-oriented, patient and meticulous.
BONUS POINTS
• Have experience in using or supporting retail store systems (POS/purchase, sale, and storage/order management).
• Be familiar with the local market environment and retail formats.
• Possess basic Data Analysis capabilities.
• Have training or mentoring experience.
